Welcome to SkillTree.

SkillTree is the console where you build your AI second brain and hire the AI workforce that runs your business. One idea sits underneath all of it: AI systems that actually deliver value, not demos.

You don't watch SkillTree. You build inside it. Three surfaces do the work:

• The map · an interactive map of the jobs across the 7 departments of a business, with runnable skill files. Each one is an AI employee you install into your own Claude Code to do a real job: sales research, client reporting, invoice processing, CRM updates, onboarding.
• The dashboards · build-ready command centers (Meta Ads, Pipeline, Finance, Content, Outbound, Ops). Each ships a prompt that builds the dashboard inside your own Claude Code.
• The Brain · your second brain. The company knowledge base every skill reads from automatically, so nothing starts from a cold start.

What you'll have running by the end of this path:

• Claude Code installed and configured on your machine
• Your Brain started · a CLAUDE.md and knowledge base that tells Claude who you are and how your business runs
• Your first AI employees installed from the map and doing real work
• Your first command center built and reading live data
• A clear way to audit any business · your own or a client's · for where AI pays off
